The California Hotel is born from the idea of brothers Antonio and Francesco Cinque.
The Palazzo Bruno, an ancient residence of Neapolitan nobility, was transformed by the Cinque brothers into a hotel. The property consists of an old section dating back to 1777 and a new section built in 1968.

In 2017, the Don Giovanni restaurant was inaugurated, delighting guests with Italian cuisine and the view from the terrace overlooking Positano.
