Dinner at Villa Gabrisa Hotel with Champagne Encry

During this dinner, guests will have the pleasure of tasting the Champagnes from the renowned Champagne Encry maison, with exceptional guests, the founders themselves, Enrico Baldin and Nadia Nicoli, savoring their excellent Champagnes with specially crafted dishes to enhance their complexity.

• Pumpkin flowers with ricotta cheese and served with shrimps and zucchini, paired with Brut Naissance;
• Pan fried egg with local Provolone cheese fondue, black truffle and potato foam, paired with Extra Brut Matiére;
