Every aspect of the place is carefully well-finished, starting from the name, that is a real dedication to the mother. In fact, in Positano \u201cohi ma\u201d is a familiar expression you use to address your mother, and it was chosen as a symbol of their profound and essential relationship.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ohima \u0300 is close to its origins, but chooses a new form. Both sewing and cooking are arts belonging to the Italian tradition, and are the result of a process involving skill, creativity and incredible forms of expression that make Italians stand out all over the world. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Luigi, in addition to being one of the owners, is Ohima\u2019s head chef. In his dishes, tradition and \u0300 innovation are mixed to create unique combinations. Quality ingredients and creativity are the basis of every recipe for him and offer incredible emotions to the diners.
