All the vineyards, strictly planted with ungrafted vines (piede franco), mostly using the ancient &#8220;pergola vesuviana&#8221; method and with an average age of about 70 years, were immediately adapted to a very high level of production, with low yields and meticulous care. The primary goal of Villa Dora was to elevate Vesuvius wines to the quality level that their complex soils and millennial history deserved.
