Au coeur de la Champagne

The mountain of Reims is the beating heart of Champagne, it is a true geological treasure located between Reims and Epernay that is home to the most renowned grand crus of pinot noir and Pino munier. In this masterclass we will explore these grape varieties and their different processing thanks to three vignerons.

• Roger Coulon: Heri-hodie 1er Cru ( meunier solera since 1995) and Esprit de Vrigny 1er Cru zero dosage ( 35 PN, 35 CH, 35 Munier);
• Coizy: Brut Carte Noir 1er Cru ( 50 CH, 50 PN) , Cuvèe des Sacres 1er Cru (Elevage En fûts de chêne)
