Dinner at Next2 with Marisa Cuomo

During this dinner, guests will have the pleasure of tasting the flavors of the renowned Marisa Cuomo winery, alongside the woman herself who lends her name to the winery, the great Marisa Cuomo, with a specially crafted menu to complement her wines.

• Zucchini flowers tempura with fresh ricotta cheese, mozzarella and dried tomatoes, paired with Furore Bianco (2022);
• Beef loin tartare, chestnuts and seasonal black truffle; Fior d’Uva (2018);
• Home made tortelli filled with pumpkin and amaretto, baked porcini mushrooms and Provolone del Monaco foam, paired with Fior d’Uva (2016);
• Herb crumbs lamb chop and stew meat balls with broccoli. paired with Furore Rosso Riserva (2019);
• Fresh ricotta cheese, pears, walnuts and honey ice cream, paired with Fior d’Uva (2016).
